Rosie the Riveter was a cultural icon of World War II, representing the women who worked in factories and shipyards during World War II. These women sometimes took entirely new jobs replacing the male workers who joined the military. Rose the Riveter is used as a symbol of women’s strength and independence.
Our Signature Tee boasts Rosie the Riveter as a symbol of women’s strength and taking on whatever job that needs to be done. We gave Rosie a tattoo of our logo, which consists of the symbol for women and the Chinese/Japanese symbol for strength. Just as Rosie is the symbol of women’s strength, our logo also means WOMEN STRONG!
